What is new at the Arizona Grand Resort?
Under new independently owned and operated management in June 2007, Arizona Grand Resort embarked on a $52 million grand renovation and expansion. The transformation began with the redesign and enhancement of the property's 640 guest suites, resort golf course, athletic club, spa and restaurants. Improvements also include the addition of 52 new one- and two-bedroom Villas, an intimate new lobby with pro shop, lobby lounge and grill, retail and guest services. The grand makeover is expected to complete the first quarter of 2009. 
Who is the new resort owner and management team?
Grossman Company Properties is a leading commercial and residential developer known for its success in revitalizing the Arizona Biltmore Resort in the 1990's.
What is the reason for the Resort renovation and expansion?
Grossman Company Properties is elevating the AAA Four Diamond Arizona Grand Resort with redesigns, refurbishments and property enhancements for a greater overall resort experience.  In October 2008 the resort's grand vision earned membership in the Preferred Hotels and Resorts Ultimate Luxury Collection.
Will the Arizona Grand Resort lobby change?
A new lobby will be built with a specialty restaurant and bar overlooking the beautifully landscaped golf course, serving as the new gathering place and heart of the Arizona Grand Resort. The existing lobby will eventually be transformed into a registration center for meetings and group business.
What about convention space?
The Arizona Grand Resort's 117,000 square feet of meetings and function space, including a 20,000-square-foot ballroom and a 20,000-square-foot exhibit pavilion, remain available.
Can I play golf?
The 18-hole, resort golf course will be closed for over seeding October 6-30, 2008 and the newly improved course is scheduled to be reintroduced October 31, 2008.
Where can I dine around the resort?
Four themed restaurants, Phantom Horse Grill, Aunt Chilada’s Mexican Cantina, Rustler’s Rooste Steakhouse and Phantom Horse Sports Bar, are open daily to serve you. The former Latitude 30º has transformed into a private dining facility for meetings, weddings and events. The new lobby and Italian restaurants will open Spring 2009.
Will guest parking be affected?
Guest parking will remain the same with guests continuing to park in close proximity to their suites.
Will the Oasis Water Park remain open?
Yes. The seven-acre water park, named one of the Top 10 Theme Parks in the country by Travel Channel, will operate on its regular seasonal schedule.
