Arizona Grand Resort & Spa Offering Cool Summer Specials
Two special rates, dive-in movies, poolside buffets, live entertainment and spa specials all summer
Arizona Grand Resort & Spa is offering a refreshing and fun-filled summer vacation the entire family can enjoy—from lounging at the resort’s 7-acre Oasis Water Park or taking in a dive-in movie to indulging in a refreshing spa treatment or feasting on Huli Huli Chicken poolside.
With so many on-site activities to choose from, families won’t even have to leave the resort—which is conveniently located just five minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. From Memorial Day weekend (May 24) through Labor Day (Sept. 3), summer visitors have two special rates to choose from:
- A spacious one-bedroom suite from $149 per night*
- A spacious one-bedroom suite with $50 nightly resort credit for golf, spa and dining from $179 per night*
Reservations can be made online or by calling (866) 267-1321.
When the sun sets, Arizona Grand guests can enjoy the cool air with nightly themed dinner buffets, water-themed dive-in movies and live entertainment—all poolside under the stars on Friday and Saturday nights—as part of its Island Nights guest experience. Movies are kid-friendly and include popular hits like “Surf’s Up” and “Shark Tale,” and the whole family can feast on dishes including Honey Stung Fried Chicken and Pineapple Upside Down Cake before hitting the dance floor with the Oasis Groove Crew—the Resort’s own get-up-on-your-feet dance team—and jamming to today’s hits with a live DJ.
For guests wishing to escape the sun altogether, Arizona Grand Spa has created a selection of summer-centric spa treatments sure to elicit “ooohs” and “aaahs” in a cool, tranquil setting. Too much fun in the sun at the Oasis Water Park can be treated with the Oasis Aloe Body Wrap which soothes a stinging sunburn with pure algae, aloe and comfrey along with essential oils to infuse moisture back into the skin. To rejuvenate skin after months of dry winter weather, spa-goers can indulge in the Grand Tropical Sugar Scrub for a healthy and radiant glow.
“With all of the private water park activities we have planned through the summer, there’s no need to fear the Arizona summer heat!” said Paul Gray, Arizona Grand Resort & Spa general manager. “We hope that guests can cool off and make lasting summer memories here with us.”
Arizona Grand Resort & Spa was selected “Best Place for Family Bonding” by Nickelodeon’s ParentsConnect.com and features Arizona’s only private water park. The Oasis Water Park features an eight-story tower with three heart-pounding water slides, a gigantic wave pool, a winding lazy river with mini-rapids, a 25-person hot tub and “Wild Cat Springs” play pad with water jets for younger children. Pool-goers don’t have to venture far to replenish their fuel tanks. The Oasis Bar & Grill is just steps away and offers assorted appetizers, burgers, salads, sandwiches, frozen treats and spirits. The park will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily between May 25 and Sept. 3.
