Credit / Debit Card Procedure
An authorization is required upon check-in to guarantee payment for your stay.
In accordance with the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC), a valid debit or credit card is required to be swiped at check-in. Legal identification is mandatory to accompany a bank-issued debit or credit card to verify the reservation’s registered guest name and card ownership.
A hold will be placed on your card for the amount of your room, tax, and Resort Fee, plus an additional $100 per day for incidentals. Your financial institution may not release the authorization up to (10) days after your departure.
Cash Procedure
A deposit is required upon check-in to guarantee payment for your stay.
In the instance of a cash payment, you will be required to present a valid debit or credit card, which will be swiped upon check in and authorized as a deposit via the card chip and pin verification process. An authorization will be placed on the card in the amount of $100. Your financial institution may not release the authorization up to (10) days after your departure. Legal identification is mandatory to accompany a bank-issued debit or credit card to verify the reservation’s registered guest name and card ownership.
A cash deposit totaling the amount of your reservation’s Room, Tax, and Resort Fee is due immediately upon check-in.
